    So, that says a lot to me. They wouldn't be doing official water searches today if they believed the body found in Pleasanton is Sierra.

    Plus, even if he thinks she's not dead, his comments don't help the prosecution and the LE who have been working on this non-stop.     I agree, but I can tell you that there is no way the District Attorney would allow a charge of murder if there wasn't some major evidence. They HAVE evidence. They just don't need to share it right now. They public doesn't have a right to know. LE wants a conviction and sharing all of their case...

    On a side note: I just received information from a reporter that the December 2009 rape of a jogger in Morgan Hill that I posted about here on this forum, has been looked in to and ATG has been ruled out in that case. She talked to Morgan Hill police and they confirmed that he is not involved...
