Jury was selected Friday and trial begins today. I will certainly update this thread when and if I learn anything new, but there may be someone else on here that is better informed..

Finally got on the docket. Trial is specially set for April 6, 2018 (which means its definitely going and there are no continuances). Murder and the child pornography charges. I'm going to try and go to the trial but unfortunately I have a job.

Looks like there is finally some activity here. For some reason the docket site is down so I can't access the trial date but it looks as though it's going to be April 9, 2018. State filed its witness and exhibit list, Allridge motion, and motion in limine last week. I'll do my best to keep y'all...

update - status conference is set for May 31, 2017. the status conference is the last setting (typically 30 days) before the trial date, so looks like it'll be a July trial. also relevant, the state subpoenaed his military records yesterday.
