Confirmed open air garage.

Anyone planning on coming to the Shops tonight: please be aware WFAA was on the scene as of around 5:45 PM.

This garage is not residential whatsoever. No gates, fobs, required stickers etc. This garage is set aside for the businesses and shops.

They are all very friendly, even the one who gave me a ticket for "disturbing the peace" when I threw a party, haha! My dad is a police officer in a neighboring city and is actually currently working the case alongside Plano PD. He's never had a bad thing to say about them on the whole.

That is a really good point. There's usually a good police presence in this area in general. Used to see segway cops a lot more, but not lately.

Cameras are pretty much everywhere. They're scattered around the shops and restaurants. My complex in particular has cameras in every stairwell, by every entrance, in the garage, etc. I haven't looked for cameras in this particular garage, but I would imagine there are some within it or at least...

Things do quiet down by this time, but it's not unusual for there to still be people milling about/walking to their cars. There's an old cemetery across Bishop from this garage where I tend to see stragglers sobering up on the benches. This being a holiday weekend, people still wandering...
