    I think the fact there were 4 victims led investigators to suspect multiple perpetrators when this first happened. I hope there can be a conclusion to this tragic case but my confidence in APD is zero. Absolutely zero.

    The sunglasses look like Oakleys or a knock off, wrap around style. That'd help conceal his face. The shirt looks like either he was trying to fit in with the theme or maybe that's just his thing. I would think his family or friends could still recognize him. His jeans might be a dead giveaway.

    I don't think he planned any type of escape. Once he killed the children, it was over and he had won. He was done.

    I am in a very controversial minority, but I see no issue with camp cabins being in the floodplain*. The issue is obviously the lack of emergency preparedness and evacuation implementation. As soon as the first warning went out, those youngest girls should have been the first of all of them...
