Verdict: GUILTY for both Millard and Smich of 1st degree murder #3

Hmm.. a few things I disagree with here - - They obviously did have a warrant, or else they wouldn't have come to search the house. They couldn't have broke down the door without a warrant. -Just because she has Cancer doesn't mean anything. For all they knew, Tim was missing and a person...

Verdict: GUILTY for both Millard and Smich of 1st degree murder #2

I just pre-ordered the book. IMO she has been one of the best reporters on this case, digging into a lot of areas where others did not.

Verdict: GUILTY for both Millard and Smich of 1st degree murder #2

Also just wanted to weigh in on a few things from today - I do think MS was a low level weed dealer and not much more. From my interpretation of the evidence, DM got his number when he was looking for some weed during a dry spell, and saved it in his phone. From there he re connected with...

This is so strange, you would have thought the media would have picked up on this by now?? How do you WS' find this stuff? I am really curious about this for some reason.

Verdict: GUILTY for both Millard and Smich of 1st degree murder

<modsnip> I think he obviously did some good work (for his client) by getting the evidence of two guns thrown out, thereby opening up a finger pointing defense where both accused both the finger at the other.

Verdict: GUILTY for both Millard and Smich of 1st degree murder

Exactly. Couldn't say it better myself. I could never imagine being in their situation. For me I would find it personally and financially very stressful.

Verdict: GUILTY for both Millard and Smich of 1st degree murder

Don't forget that when the accountant testified - she noted MB was on the MillardAir payroll still at a tune of $5k per month. She she paid her bills - but only with the assistance of DM. Everything she did (IMO) after TB death was trying to protect her future. Passing the letters, wiping...

They will run the story online later tonight / early tomorrow morning. Papers like the spec still rely heavily on their paper distribution and have readers, a big story like this they wont want to "scoop" themselves online before any of their print readers can.

Don't think so - pretty sure his family is funding it - could have financed it with the home in oakville

Bosma Murder Trial - Weekend Discussion #17 [06.03.16 to 06.09.16]

To me this should be so obvious, of course TD not just danced around certain topics, but IMO probably helped Smich craft his whole story based on what had been presented at Trail. This is what a good Lawyer does, it should be no surprise to anyone.

    Bosma Murder Trial 06.1.16 - Day 57 - Closing Arguments Day 2

I think he was referring to the first Lawyer that DM had. I can't remember his name right now but he was an interesting character but didn't have the best reputation and in the end I don't think Millard payed him anything (there was alot of confusion about this at the time).

Bosma Murder Trial - Weekend Discussion #16

Not to say the one you saw wasn't MS. Just IMO is very very unlikely. Here is one I dug up off the internet - this was done on a refrigerated box car which almost never ever come through southern Ontario, so I can safely say it's not MS.
