I spoke to a local attorney here in town today. He told me that a judge does not have a time contraint on ruling on a motion. It was his understand that the motion to move AB to a mental facility was filed incorrectly and her PD has not re-filed the proper paperwork. He also told me the PD...

I have a question here. Isn't psychology based off of therory? Isn't therory based off of opinion? Therefore if it is based on opinon that can't make it factual right? I guess what I am looking for is that no one psychologist diagnosis would be 100% correct? There have been people saying...

Thank you for your comments. I respect your point of view and I agree that we may end up ageeing to disagree. I am ok with that. Here is my take. AB has been charged with commiting a henious crime. The law of our country stipulates that such acts deserve punishment. I have no problems for...

Thank you for the very valuable info. I still feel that both of those need to do some hard time to understand. If that is possible. I understand the need to analyze them but imo they need some institutional time also.

Judge Joyce usualy takes these under advisement from my experience with here. I am sure she would have had to see some form of evidence in order to make a fair decision.

I agree there. Just didn't make sense unless she ruled and no one has said anything about it other than the parties involved, just a guess on my part

I wasn't positive what that motioned was. Thank you for that. I have not seen a ruling on that. Has there been one or has the judge decided yet?

We had different levels of sucide watch. Full suicide watch we had to physically see them every 10 min and log it in a log. Plus the FSW cells had a camera in them. FSW that had nothing in the cells with them except for a tear proof gown. No mattress, sheets, blankets or pillows. On...

I am just guessing with this case her immediate family would be all that was allowed. That does not count her attorney which BTW does not count as a visit. IMO They are handling her with kids gloves to make sure nothing happens to her and making sure her rights are not violated.

They have a visiting list and only those approved can visit I believe once a week. As far as grooming items I am pretty sure that is provided her. The jail usually has books and magizines already. She would not be allowed to recieve anything from the outside w/o pror authorization for safety...
