If the neighbor called the mom or, more likely IMO, the Bobo home and said "Hey, I just heard a woman screaming, did you hear that? Are you guys OK?" kind of thing...than LE would still know about the screaming heard. Did LE actually say the other 911 call reported screams? I also wonder...

You didn't ask for my opinion, but... it could be the RN program is tougher to get into, so she was starting with the LPN program and then transitioning to the RN BSN program. This is the case with most nursing programs--they are hard to get into due to the number of persons applying.
