I'm just now starting research on this case and the more I read this board, the more I realize I haven't a clue! Man, this case is complex.

Good take, Cherokee. I'm not sure how I feel about this, though. Posting comments and opinions on the internet is one thing, but getting that personally involved seems kinda creepy to me. I don't know, it just leaves a funny feeling in my gut.

Unless the friend was involved with Burke in the accidental murder...and implicating the 'friend' would jeopardize the cover-up of Burke's involvement.
