As I posted earlier in this thread, he was arrested for petit larceny in August of 2010..

I did some online sleuthing and found out the name of someone connected to her romantically; I did not see this name on the FB page, nor have I looked. But it appears that this person has been arrested in the near past for larceny.

He was not found with Tina's truck...he was seen near it and was questioned briefly by a deputy.

While I like this sheriff, he does appear to be letting a lot of information out. Maybe I'm just used to the Kyron LE letting absolutely NOTHING out, but it seems like he's giving (or implying) a lot of info to the media.
