Unfortunately this case is still unsolved. There are family members who would like closure but sadly it may be that too many years have passed. There is always a chance that someone knows something even though it's highly likely that the killer is dead.

The York Regional Police now have the Marion Bagshaw & Glenn Kivell story on their cold case website. It's such an old case but someone out there may just have a clue no matter how insignificant they may consider it.

I haven't checked into the forum for a long while so thought I would do so today. I have nothing to add but just wanted to say how sad that justice has not been served for poor Jessica. It's appalling & I must say that I feel very pessimistic & discouraged as I'm sure that most of you do as well.

Yes, one can wear gloves. Also the tipster wouldn't be signing his/her name. I'm sure that whichever LE agency received the mail would just be pleased to get a viable lead & hopefully they'd do a follow up.

I just read on SM that someone suggested that a tip could be mailed (snail mail) to the LE agencies involved in the case. I really feel that there are ways for a tipster to remain anonymous. It just takes one valuable clue that could be the catalyst that leads to the solution.

Let's hope that a critical tip is called into Crimestoppers. The caller should be able to remain anonymous and NOT have to testify in court (at,least that's how it works where I live). Justice for Jessica should trump any reward IMO. The killer(s) must be punished before we have any additional...

OT! I'm concerned but not southern (but I have lots of southern relatives). Do I still qualify for a drink? Lol! Just trying to be optimistic that justice is served sooner than later.

I totally agree. It was interesting to note the 'likes' by certain 'friends' on their FB pages! Hmmm! Maybe those friends' pages are gone now as well. As the old saying goes ' oh what a tangled web....."!

Totally concur MsP. I've said in previous posts that I really have believed all along that Jessica went willingly with her killer(s) and had no idea what terrible fate was in store for her until near the end. I'm sure this was pre meditated and all pre planned.

Since Champion's latest updates, I always thought that the information he didn't divulge (but seemingly knew about) ironically provided some valuable clues IMO! Clues conspicuous by their absence in his timeline!
