Could be about Jodi not answering juror questions? Just thinking out loud.

I actually think that would sway at least a few jurors. It's the one thing everybody has been wanting and waiting for in my opinion.

Well they played the sex tape! IIRC Jodi's mom did want to get on the stand at the last sentencing but DT refused.

I think she did it for herself, another way to minimize her behavior. She really feels justified in killing Travis and it's another way to manipulate peoples perception of her. She wrote this letter as a way to make her feel better about herself, if that makes any sense. Crazy! I'm just thinking...

I think Juan was just arguing that for those potential jurors who may believe this story to be true. Discredit the witness from different vantage points. I don't believe any of this story actually happened but some might.

Jodi admitted she had a hard time keeping track of her lies. Now that I can believe!

I think Tuesday morning Nurmi will file a new motion and or appeal. I seriously doubt Jodi will take the stand again as it will harm any future appeals she may have regarding her ability to testify clearly in front of the media, as crazy as that sounds! JMO

Ultimately the defense needed the gun shot to come first in order to support Jodi's claim of self defense.

I think premeditation was proven. The amount of time Jodi spent with Travis prior to killing him doesn't bother me at all. Jodi isn't a hitman! She thought she planned the perfect murder but she overlooked the human element. The roommate was home, Travis fought back or maybe she wavered on...

Remember that Jodi doesn't think like a "normal" person thinks. I think this distinction is the reason this case has captured our attention the way that it has.
