I don't know how they could work out staying together with the murders having happened. There would be so much grief. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

In comparison though, the garland trail is expected to be 5 weeks and that's a triple murder. In that case 4 weeks seems long.

It's shocking to me that his trial date is still over a year away

Oh your right! It was the wording in Nancy Hixt's article that confused me. "Kevin Rubletz, 31, consented to stand trial last Monday, the first day of a preliminary inquiry, but Monday’s hearing still went ahead as scheduled."...

Hello world, I am back. Anyways. It says in the article that KCR consented to go to trial at the very beginning of the pretrial. If you truly believe you are innocent why would you pass up your opportunity at the pretrial? Anyone who knows me knows what my position has been in this case. But I...

Can you please provide a link to where it states that Josh Burgess saw her at home at 12:30 am? All I have seen is a family member saw her at home. They didn't specify who. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Yes exactly. Although last year was the largest amount of homicides since 2008 I believe. The quintuple murder at the beginning of the year was a big factor to that.

Yep I asked my connection about starting one and they said no. There has been silence since shortly after her disappearance.
