Well, it was clear from Pagoria's profiles that she had access to kids. Not sure if she intended to advertise that, but that might have been what Lobban was looking for.
It's not too surprising that there may have been others. There would probably be a fair amount of secrecy and anonymity...
I think she had a lot of needs - companionship, sexual, and probably financial. It's unlikely that she was outright paid to produce the videos, but she probably liked the idea of being taken care of.

Kind of makes you wonder whether the videos were her idea or her boyfriend's. I'd also be curious whether he'd connected with other women in the past who also had access to children.
