In my opinion, a blank/boilerplate contract would not include exactly what the Kunz contract included. It would be a general form/template not an explicit contract.
Does that include PI licensed outside of Idaho? Klein's licensed in Texas. Klein has posted a letter that was written to Dennis Kunz reiterating their agreement that KIC would determine what would be released to the media. It was included in the interference clause of the contract. He also...
I think it depends on their contract with their client and possibly laws of the state they are licensed in? I haven't read this yet but: http://www.tali.org/pi-laws

I don't feel Klein's afraid at all. Just clarifying another misstatement by Brown. I think he has stated more than once that Dennis Kunz paid Klein. The public did indeed pay his fee. That doesn't make me think the public is the client, just that there are "less than truths"...
I've thought of that too since it was first posted here. It's at Gilmore Summit, apx. 19 miles from Leadore, off of Hwy 28. It looks easily accessible from the road.
“We don’t want an issue of double jeopardy or filing the wrong charges,” Bowerman said. “We don’t want to charge anybody with something like a homicide and find out later the boy’s death was accidental.”...
My understanding is KIC was hired on behalf of DeOrr Jay Kunz, not his parents. I believe that was stated by Klein in one of the Q&A's. I'll see if I can locate it.
Moot point, parent's did not hire Klein.
"To insure the record is clear we feel we must respond to Mr. Browning's comments.1) Deorr Kunz has never hired this firm nor has he paid us any money.
2) Mr. Deorr Kunz is not our client but a witness.

Even if they hadn't been aware of the older couple camping before the 911 call, they still had time after the call to have done more searching. On another note, if the older couple had left the area to hike or go into town, I'm sure there would have been camping equipment or something left at...
The sarcasm is that I really am not confused, just pointing out "sarcastically/cynically" that it must be another fib that they had searched high and low for Deorr but didn't come across someone camping that close to them.
