Passion and "love" seldom make sense. I know of women who continued to "hope" a man would choose her over whoever or whatever and think or do the most unreasonable things to "keep" him. Let's add to this a man who is manipulative and knows a woman wants/desires him and will do ANYTHING for him...

I agree that he is completely fit and strong enough to overpower a women; I guess I was just thinking there would be "something" ....some sort of scratch, bruise, or sign of struggle ...if we want to believe his version of the story, that is.
The voice will creak, croak, or rattle. It's easier to hear than describe, so google "vocal fry" and you'll find videos with examples (or listen to NK interview, she speaks with "vocal fry").
She does have an "interesting" attitude - and I acknowledge "interesting" is such a over-usesd, non-descriptive word, but I think not "seeing" her as she speaks complicates any analysis. She "sounds" tough; into health, fitness, gym rat. But it's definitely disturbing to listen to her interview...
