They never proved the chloroform. Where was the evidence of her making chloroform. I think she did it bit they didn't prove it.

The justice system did not fail. The evidence wasn't convincing to the jury. If you want freedom this is a possible consequence.

They were not convinced by the evidence. They had reasonable doubt.

<modsnip>. If you believe in jury trials then you must live with their results. I stand with the verdict. Thank god we live in a country that has protects due process.

She will not be prosecuted for perjury.

While I believe she was involved I think the state did not probe premeditation and did not prove aggravated child abuse since they have very little evidence on the chloroform. If we go with the evidence I think she will not get convicted on murder 1.... And will instead get a lesser murder...
