What always amazes me ,in cases like this where there is proof positive up front- What do they hope to gain by a plea of "not guilty?'' Are they so wacked out that they think they can escape punishment ?:confused:

While I'm not surprised Lindenfeld did it , his audacity is sickening . I'm sure Chip wanted to finish out the school year too, along with the rest of his life . Does he really think he can get off the hook ; finish the school year and enlist in the military , as if nothing happened ?? :confused:

How about the right to erect a 40 foot wall around those who would intrude on mourners during a funeral? It takes a special class of people who would show up at anyone's funeral unwanted .NO CLASS .
