NY - Christopher Porco - Another Menandez situation? - sentenced

I read McGinnis' book, "Cruel Doubt". Jerry Bledsoe also wrote about the case . I think drugs enhance the psychopathic inclinations in some of these kids killing their parents . In the Porco case-how can his mother NOT know it was him? I believe she knows- but it's like Scott Peterson's mom ...

FL - Girl, 6, Charged With Felony For Kicking Teacher's Aide

That's exactly what I was thinking .The person in charge of a class of emotionally disturbed six year olds is either unqualified for her position , or is putting the six year old on her level , by pressing charges .Either way , it won't help this little girl . I have to wonder if these kids were...

    GUILTY MO - Michelle Ricci, 36, & Marsha Spicer, 41, raped & murdered, Apr-May 2006

What always amazes me ,in cases like this where there is proof positive up front- What do they hope to gain by a plea of "not guilty?'' Are they so wacked out that they think they can escape punishment ?

GUILTY VA - Allen 'Chip' Ellis, 18, Midlothian, 22 May 2006

While I'm not surprised Lindenfeld did it , his audacity is sickening . I'm sure Chip wanted to finish out the school year too, along with the rest of his life . Does he really think he can get off the hook ; finish the school year and enlist in the military , as if nothing happened ??

IL - Girl, 17, strangled, left for dead, Belleville, 27 April 2006

It is incredible he didn't kill her ; but it wasn't for a lack of trying . I once heard that if a person is trying to choke you , that if you raise both arms straight up , he won't be able to . I don't know how true that is , or if she tried that . It's a miracle she lived . I am wondering if...

    Ban on Military Funeral Protests!!!

How about the right to erect a 40 foot wall around those who would intrude on mourners during a funeral? It takes a special class of people who would show up at anyone's funeral unwanted .NO CLASS .
