ITA with this. Cindy sees Casey as a reflection of herself, so if her daughter did such a horrible thing, I think she sees herself to blame for it (rightfully so to a certain point.) There are certainly other reasons, which other posters have so eloquently stated here.

I vote 1st Degree PreMeditated Murder. The evidence at this point I think easily points to guilty beyond a reasonable doubt and trust me, there is a lot more damning evidence that will see the light of day before this trial begins.

I couldn't believe this when I read it. A good defense attorney would have done this long, long ago. I agree that it seems that JB is just making up his defense case as it goes along..."oh...the state wants that??? Well, then...I want it too." He makes winning an unwinnable case even more...
I voted yes, because absolutely, I would be very scared. But for most of these people, if its not been pointed out already, this is their way of life. They have probably lived this way since they were little, so they think nothing of it.
