I predicted some weeks ago that GK would be found guilty and get 18 years to life so hoping that he now gets the 20 years that is the maximum he can get for this charge.
Secretly, his defence team must be happy that the charges have been watered down despite them saying they will appeal.
IMO the most likely scenario is that Yuki was never dropped off at the school that morning.
I have read that:
1) he usually took the school bus but for some reason did not that day
2) the father has a dashcam but for some reason it was not turned on that day.
Everything points to foul play...
I think LE will find inconsistencies in his story when they circle back to him and ask the same questions again and again.
It’s easy to remember the truth but would be difficult to remember the lies that you tell. I think he has offloaded her body out at sea, probably weighted down with an...
From what I can find - he should receive between 18 years to a Life in Prison sentence.
Hopefully he gets the harshest sentence as it seems to be premeditated plus he has shown zero remorse.
Disgraceful person.
I looked up "No Body" Murder Trials in Australia and found the following:
No Body" Murder Trials in Australia
Chris Dawson (2022): Convicted of murdering his wife, Lynette Dawson, whose body was never found after 40 years.
Keli Lane (2010): Convicted of murdering her two-day-old daughter...
I think the person who planned the "staged" hit on Missy (multiple puncture wounds to head and chest), created an air-tight alibi distancing themselves from the crime scene.
In many cases like this, LE know or strongly suspect who is behind the crime but they cannot prove it. This is why LE...
I stumbled across this article shortly after Missy was murdered for those wanting to debate if the attack was targeted or not:
"Sources tell News 8 that investigators are certain that Bevers was the target, and did not stumble into a burglary gone bad. They further believe that the scene was...
Lynn murdered 2 people and has already got off 1 murder charge. I don’t think he will get off the 2nd charge and I don’t think he will be granted bail.
If he does, our legal system is a farce.
Who has the most to gain from his disappearance? Could someone be trying to fast track an inheritance? This is a strange case and the burnt out car immediately after the kidnapping is concerning.
I am 99.9% sure this was a targeted attack and staged to appear otherwise.
It was planned and staged so well we are all still scratching our heads why there has not been an arrest.
IMO it's highly unlikely that Nancy is still alive.
I think the perp(s) went to plan B and disposed of Nancy because of the amount of publicity this case has got and feared they would get caught if they tried to go ahead with the ransom.
The person who harmed Gus likely had many hours to move his body in one of the seized vehicles. Gus could be a very long way from the homestead (maybe 50km+). My guess is the person who harmed him may have waited 4-6 hours before they reported him missing to allow time to cover up and clean up...
I posted this 4 weeks ago and now that both grandparents have lawyered up, I think things will go quiet for a while again.
The Police wont show their cards until they have to and they wont want to make any mistakes by going too early. They will be waiting for the Ace of Spades to come out in...
