IMO a family member will be arrested quickly. Authorities then have plenty of time to interrogate this person without charging them.

From what I can find - he should receive between 18 years to a Life in Prison sentence. Hopefully he gets the harshest sentence as it seems to be premeditated plus he has shown zero remorse. Disgraceful person.

Lynn murdered 2 people and has already got off 1 murder charge. I don’t think he will get off the 2nd charge and I don’t think he will be granted bail. If he does, our legal system is a farce.
