Who has the most to gain from his disappearance? Could someone be trying to fast track an inheritance? This is a strange case and the burnt out car immediately after the kidnapping is concerning.
I am 99.9% sure this was a targeted attack and staged to appear otherwise.
It was planned and staged so well we are all still scratching our heads why there has not been an arrest.
IMO it's highly unlikely that Nancy is still alive.
I think the perp(s) went to plan B and disposed of Nancy because of the amount of publicity this case has got and feared they would get caught if they tried to go ahead with the ransom.
The person who harmed Gus likely had many hours to move his body in one of the seized vehicles. Gus could be a very long way from the homestead (maybe 50km+). My guess is the person who harmed him may have waited 4-6 hours before they reported him missing to allow time to cover up and clean up...
I posted this 4 weeks ago and now that both grandparents have lawyered up, I think things will go quiet for a while again.
The Police wont show their cards until they have to and they wont want to make any mistakes by going too early. They will be waiting for the Ace of Spades to come out in...
I really don't think Gus is on the property and maybe he was not there when he was reported missing.
If Gus wandered off and died of natural causes, IMO he would have been found in the first week.
Police may have suspicions of what happened, but they will be playing the long game and...
If Lynns cover up has done such a good job to make it impossible to prove murderous intent, surely he will then be charged with 2 counts of perverting the course of justice plus interfering with a corpse plus not properly securing his firearm. He should not be released on bail, he should rot in...
They have found him deceased unfortunately, body found in car submerged in Columbia river.

I think its very strange that they have not found anything relating to Gus.
The lack of information being released is strange too IMO.
I would normally expect a relative or family friend to be speaking out but something seems off here.
If Gus simply wandered off I think he would have been...
IMO he knows he will never be a free man again and will try to go out in a blaze of glory. My prediction is that he will want death by cop and will never surrender unless they capture him sleeping.
The FM behaviour immediately after William disappeared is interesting. This article indicates she wanted to minimise the public interest in his case...
I listened to Episode 1 - it sounded factual and without bias, unlike some other William Podcasts. Looking forward to Episode 2 which should be released on the weekend.
