It's extremely unlikely that a broken nose would result in a curvature that pronounced at the top of the bridge. Virginia does fit the drawing of the Jane Doe pretty well except for the curvature of the nose as there is no indication of that in her missing photo, although we can't see her side profile but it looks like her bridge is fairly straight.
