My hubby is a Chicago Truckdriver and he said he's pretty sure its an area with a large Puerto Rican pop and Polish pop. He said its average as far as crime, but what he thinks is average the rest of us would be scared to death. LOL

Im going to look at see if there are any homes for disabled children in the Houston area. There is a home near where I like for the severly disabled children. I wish we knew if his legs were atrophied. Then we could know if he was wheelchair or bed bound.

I hope her sister didn't think it wasn't her due to the composite. I just thought that her being Asian and White, may have been the reason for the confusion of Princess Blue's race.
