The aftermath of the verdict *MERGED*

Just wondering if this has been mentioned before as it is a little close to home at the moment. Lariam ,Mefloquine or any other anti malaria drugs, their contraindications and the possible use of it to surreptitiously destabilize someones mental health? Doc?

The aftermath of the verdict *MERGED*

I just watched Prosecuting Casey Anthony this afternoon on foxtel, it was fascinating and drew many parallels with this case regarding evidence in particular. For Aussie sleuthers it is on again at 2:15 am on Premier if any night owls are up to it.

You would assist, you would not contact a lawyer and then refuse to provide a formal statement

The aftermath of the verdict *MERGED*

It always depends on the circumstances.Sure, everyone will react differently. If your wife, the mother of your children is missing then you would promptly and without hindrance provide as much detail and information as you possibly could. You would assist, you would not contact a lawyer and then...

The aftermath of the verdict *MERGED*

We have to respect the justice system,so far it has done well. Appeals are a right that are afforded to anyone convicted of a serious crime. Hang in there, it is pretty standard stuff,an appeal was expected.

    The Crown v Gerard Baden-Clay, 10th July - Trial Day 18

With regard to Gerard's testimony...I called 000 early on my sisters advice,I called insurance company early on my dad's advice. He sounds unsure, insecure, unable to make a decision on his own behalf. Is this a ploy for a later plea of diminished responsibility or insanity? A bet hedged? Given...

    The Crown v Gerard Baden-Clay, 10th July - Trial Day 18

It may have been ruled out as it was a web log (blog) it could have been posted as a business article and seen as hyperbole.
