JMO, If it was that easy to have a 1st degree murder conviction thrown out none would stand. After a verdict has been reached it is very hard to overturn. JS jumped right on it and did what he wa s supposed to. I await the resolution, JY will not get another trial. IMOO?

I say without a doubt GUILTY. Stick a fork in him. Done. I feel for LF, MF and CY. What happens if he offs himself ? Can he be convicted if the jury has not started deliberations ? JMO.

the jury got it wrong ! All you have to do is not talk or lie about everything. Casey will pick up right where she left off as she has no conscience. Let us hope she has no more offspring. She will be a pariah IMO.Jmo

The jury did what they felt right w/what was given them which was a not so good case by the pros. jmo

I should not have worded it like that you are right. I do not think they understood alot and the pros left alot of loose ends = hung. Better luck with the next jury and better lead pro.

I honestly think that if he had not testified we would not have round 2 coming up. I can not help but think there was some real dopes on that jury. I know that is terrible to say, I could see this in the BC trial, even w/the 1/2 🤬🤬🤬 pro BH who else would do this ? Sorry I am sooo annoyed. JMO
