I thought that, too, at first, but when you click on each individual result, the name listed is either "Richard Matthew Allen" or "Richard M Allen." I suppose it's possible it could still be a different RMA, but it seems to all be him.
I just looked him up in full on the same website (mycase.in.gov), and hoooo boy, does he have a record of various issues with the law! Everything from drunk and disorderly, speeding, DUI, and a dissolution of marriage in 2008(?).
Mods, I hope I'm allowed to comment this - since he has been...
I apologize if this has been answered already (I couldn’t find anywhere that it had), but is there any information that LE has searched inside RA’s home yet? Or if they have returned to his home since they first searched/dug in his yard?
If RA is indeed charged with the murders, I hope one of the lessons will be for people to trust their intuitions more often. Even if you feel silly or “Nah, it probably isn’t him, he’s so nice…”, if you have any reasonable suspicion - make the call, report the tip. Worst case scenario is that...
I agree, I think you’re right about them releasing limited info today. However, if that’s what it takes to protect the integrity of the investigation, to ensure a conviction, then that is fine by me!
I haven’t posted here in a while, but wanted to chime in to say AW & LG and their families have always been close to my heart and thoughts since the very beginning. I cannot tell you how overcome with joy and relief I was hearing this incredible news - I’m sure we all were/are! I hope beyond...
MOO: If she's under concrete, I'm guessing it was because the perp thought it would throw off search/cadaver dogs. Well, guess what - dogs can still smell through concrete, dirt, water. And Luminol will still glow even if no blood to the naked eye.
I’m really curious as to why LE is specifically requesting locals to save but NOT submit video surveillance to them at this time. Why wouldn’t they want to view potentially critical footage of SM and/or a suspect ASAP?
I can only postulate that it’s because they either don’t have the...
Ah, thank you for the information! I wonder if that means there was no cell service at her home, or just out on the trails? I’d personally still recommend bringing a phone, even without service - you can still use the flashlight, compass, or even notepad function in case something went wrong. MOO.
Praying for SM’s safe return. It seems unusual to me that she wouldn’t bring her phone with her for the ride, considering there are many ways that you can store or wear (e.g., armband) a phone while exercising. I hope LE is able to recover useful information from it.
