It depends on the state/county/district. Many districts will assist the victim or witness if they're subpoenaed by the Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office. The victim or witness travels more than fifty (50) miles one-way to appear in court.

In comparison if your involved in a wreck and charged with DUI, in the city of Los Angeles, it's a 50K bail.

They probably don't know what the resolution is either. It's one of a few things but you don't wanna be wrong about it.

The way I understand it guys is disposed means it's been resolved. The kicker is we don't know what the resolution is.

The hard part is we don't know what the prosecution/LE has on him. They must have something to formally charge him. The picking him out of a lineup won't be enough in my opinion. I am sure in the meantime the prosecution will be contacting his lawyer giving him pre-trial options if he wants...

I am hoping for more charges OR... Hopefully, there is some communication between the state and his lawyer for a bargain in the meantime, an incentive to give more info.

We probably have to wait till first week of Sept before any further action unless they find new charges. At that time he will have to enter a plea and we will see if this is going to trial or not. I do not believe he entered a plea this week, was just charged and made bail.

I am getting a bad feeling about the FMNF. They need to find a way to do a search on it but it's going to be tough to find anything at this point. Someone like SEA or other locals would know how to approach this.
