Definitely -- if he has a vpn, is using Tor browser and protonmail he would not be traceable in theory. in practice though, people screw up with the settings, not using it consistently, etc. It would depend how careful he was.

Personally I'm not sure if I would have really started following the case so closely, other than the fact that we were in Jackson/Grand Teton when GP & BL were in Moab.... then we were in Moab/Arches when they were in Jackson/Grand Teton. Agree 100%. It's hard to think that they didn't find anything they could use to put pressure on the parents after everything they took out of the home. I believe if the parents think they'll be prosecuted for aiding/abetting/covering up a federal crime or lying to agents about his whereabouts...
