Do you have any information on how the case against Joe F concluded? He was just one defendant named, the county was also named in the suit. Was it settled out of court or...? I see JF retired in 2013.

Salsa, when you say the articles listed the previous owner do you mean founder? I'm not trying to debate terminology but am curious what the language was. Do you have links to those articles?
