GUILTY - Wayne Millard Murder Trial - Dellen Millard Charged With Murder - #4

<modsnip> Bosmas were tight with money. Plus, usually the payouts for life insurance are pretty meaningless, well under the $100k+ income replacement value. To get insurance for a $1mln+ payout they test your blood, etc. Not sure if they would even cover murder.

May be many others didn't receive anything. Doesn't mean that Bosma's daughter shouldn't.

In this best of all possible worlds, it is.... Bosmas should get at least the income replacement, wouldn't that be reasonable?

On the grand scheme of things, it's better if he is found not guilty. He is already locked up for good, and it's pretty clear that he dispatched Wayne. But it would suck if they took away the inheritance money away and Bosmas/Babcocks got nothing out of him.

Look at the situation from the business perspective. He spent most of his life on other things than the family business. All of a sudden he decides to start an MRO service from scratch. That's a low margin business, and the potential payoff is not fantastic. He does that with a huge chunk of his...

All Sutherland is saying is that the gun was pointed a certain way - handle up, basically. Was it 66, 67 or 68 degrees is of no importance. If WM wanted to shoot himself, would it be too difficult to roll on his back, or sit up? Hard to imagine that he would choose to shoot himself in the most...

It's his choice. He had the opportunity to do whatever he wanted to do. He had the #1 luxury - free time. He used it to plan and execute murders.

And now for something completely different. Perhaps somebody already noticed, but google now produces an excerpt from Wikipedia about Bosma's murder when searching for Dellen Millard.

Finally sinking in? Cheer up Dell. At least 50 years of worry-free life ahead. May be you'll build a tuna can and OJ empire.

Great info. Do amphetamines cause as strong addiction as opiates? I remember hearing years ago about somebody who was taking ephedrine (?). I believe it's from the same group. And the highs were short and intensive. The person had to get high several times a day and that got him to the finals in...

Her instagram is not necessarily a true representation of what she really does. But even then. Don't forget that her parents are from the former USSR. Perhaps that makes some difference to the way they look at her financial dependence. As a single young person, she could travel in relative...

Ok, I didn't remember that it was directly stated. My point is that since DM directly controlled his money supply and spending (paying bills, buying food, etc), DM was also the exclusive (or the most reliable) source of drugs. Total control.

I was just going to grab a well-deserved orange (settled for an apple) and remembered MS asking DM to bring "the orange guy" the day before TB's murder. The consensus was that it's one of the synthetic opioids. Hurt shoulder, heroin, "orange guy", "black tar". I wonder if MS was addicted to...
