Rather than asking permission, LE probably obtained a warrant to search her home and take her electronic equipment. She never gave permission if that happened. When LE is serious, they get warrants to keep legal matters clean.
J. was not living in Portland when Kyron disappeared. J. was supposedly on a Boy Scout outing that Friday, and his bio father drove him to Portland on Saturday for a planned visit.
My thought is that LE verified where J. was before that Friday and all day Friday. If there had been any questions...
This article refers to a witness list:
"Terri Horman filed a motion Monday in hopes of preventing her 17-year-old from testifying should the plaintiff's side keep him on the witness list in the civil lawsuit."...

After that, I would like to know to whom and for what Rosenthal issues subpoenas, but he might not care for me to know. LOL
Desiree and Rosenthal...
The lawsuit was filed June 1, but I haven't heard when Houze or TH were served. There is a rumor that papers were served on June 12, so a response would not be expected until July 12.
My expectations are for hearing something sometime during the first two weeks of July.
Expectations for...
