Can anyone help explain the grand jury information? I was under the impression that this was a missing person case and not a criminal case, so how is there a grand jury called?

BBM I find it telling that his response to the question did you hear about Liberty? was “OMG what happened” and not just a simple no He wasn’t asked did you hear what happened to Liberty?
