I thought the same thing then I saw that they were still married and that makes all the difference. You can't get custody papers when you are still married. You can file for divorce but if the other party won't sign you have to wait something like 2yrs before you can get it without the other...

Has anyone been able to confirm outside of facebook that that family is actually missing. Not saying they aren't but I live in NJ and nothing has been said or posted or anything except on Facebook.

My first thought when I saw the bike scuffs is that someone was pullin on her to get her off bike and she was hangin on to it. Maybe the attacker stepped on the bike wheel at some point causing it to scrape harder. Not enough damage for car accident.

In regards to the drop off. I have 3 boys. When I would take my oldest to his father's for visits I always tried to go inside for a minute or two. It gave me a chance to get a quick view on the house and be sure things looked kid safe. Also when the kids are young thay can be a little stressed...
