Always thought that Dylan was murdered, perhaps accidentally, but murdered just the same.
Why the police suddenly decided after 8 years that this case should be transferred from Missing Person to Homicide - beats me.
Dylan did not have a chance that night.
Jolene's husband has remarried,, and he and his new wife and his children now live in Mexico.
With the exception of sending dive teams into the lake, that is right behind Jolene's home, police have been very mum on investigation.

It has been reported that her bedroom was a very bloody scene, if I recall, and Detective said that he was a cold blooded killer. There was also blood throughout her townhouse. Family had to repaint and replace the floors.
