Was WM left handed? I've never handled a gun before (shotgun or hand pistol) but I am right handed and my first instinct would be to hold a pistol in my strong hand. IMO this could be important info but I'm sure there are more important facts to come out in 2015 when this gets to the courts.- drlucas

Can this written transcript be ordered online, or do you need to go to the specific court house and request at an order desk? Are they made available same day or are multiple trips necessary? Woman arrested for calling ex-boyfriend 77,000 times in one week
I guess he doesn't know how to turn off his phone huh? That would take the pressure off him. Given his lack of phone skills maybe he makes up for it in other ways.... <grin> I'll behave.- drlucas

If the "ex" was an alibi would that not mean the "ex" is an accessory after the fact? I wonder if there will be more charges in this case coming. I believe there could be, of course this is JMHO.- drlucas

IMO DMs mom doesn't want to face SB in the court room ... Also I would imagine most of the appearances are very brief video remand so they wouldn't really get to see each other if she was present.- drlucas
