has anyone seen any more news about when and if this lawsuit is actually going forward? I haven't seen anything new. I hope this whole lawsuit gets an actual investigation and trail going!
Smit was called onto the case in 1997 by the DA. He resigned officially 18 months later as he felt the BPD had blinders on and would not consider that the Ramsey's were innocent. He continued to work on the case privately. And yes he was the one who first introduced the stun gun theory (which...
The whole staging thing is so confusing. I read that PR told cops that the clothes On JB when she was found was not the ones she went to bed with. So a few things pop up in my mind...
JR redressed her and did all the staging. PR never saw her body until she was brought up from the basement...
I believe it was Lou Smit who wanted to exhume the body. It wasn't thought of until Smit presented his stun gun theory. I have no clue what JR means by bringing the cops into it. More rambling by him
Another dumb question. I read an article (someone above posted) that there are 5 different TDNA profiles? 4 males and a female. I know they don't have enough markers and are degraded. I assume they came from the manufacturing process? So which DNA sample (from where on her body/clothes) is the...
I'm sorry I don't understand how DNA works. If the sample is made up of two or three people is it beyond the ability to identify it? If PR JR or BR's DNA is in it can they single it out and identify it?
The date on the autopsy form is when her body was found/pronounced dead. Definetly not when she died. I've read that an estimated time of actual death is midnight/1am?
I posted this in another thread but it seems appropriate here.
I just read the Death of Innocence by the Ramsey's. I was interested in this book because I believe most of the time when people are lying or hiding soemthing you can pick it up in their speech. Here are two quotes that jump...
Every post I read people think Patsy did all the cover up. What does everyone think about John?
To me, he looks like he did all the dirty work. I'm thinking Patsy knew about it, knew about the cover up, but didn't see JB (or what was done to her) until she was brought up from the basement.
I...
I just finished reading "The Death of Innocence" by JR and PR. I was curious to see their story and words. I believe alot of the time people who are hiding something or lying will reveal themselves in their speech.
A few quotes stuck out to me.
TDOI page 366
Quote by JR
"Many people have...
I apologize! I misread the quote.
John is only describing the boots she wore but not the outfit.
"She (Patsy) wanted JonBenet to wear a red turtleneck with her black velvet pants so that mother and daughter would be dressed alike, but JonBenet wanted to wear he complete outfit she'd chosen...
