I know that area well as I used to run along the Parkway. The terrain in the woods is STEEP there. I used to love the hill on the trail, as it took me some time to be able to run up it without stopping. Maybe I will head over there on Monday for a run.

Unless they drove up there or were driven to where the body was found, it isnt them. The river near where they were missing and the river where the body was found are connected. However, the body would have to flow upstream and also up several dams, so impossible to get there by water.

Fairmount Park is pretty close to the highway. Only thing is, he'd pretty much have to travel the PA Turnpike to get there from Cleveland, so if he's still in the same car, they could confirm he went through tolls as some point.
