BD did say on the stand that, once, he let DM into the apartment, but nothing unusual happened. He was not questioned further about this comment though - so it was NOT established what date this was on.
just saying....
I can buy into MS burying the gun and being unable to find it later... I not sure what to think about the SIM cards - I am not sure how they work and didn't know they are interchangeable --- what I have a problem with is MS is the last person DM is with before he is arrested. How can that 50...
I speculate Arthur is the next witness...especially since recently bringing up the 'mischief charges' Someone picked up the toolbox from the stairwell and brought it to MS. Who else would he have asked?
We have heard there was a gun in it when MS got it, yet no one has said they saw it...
Just days before she testifies MM writes a *new* statement which she gets to refer to in court. Isn't that odd? What happens to the original one then?
The defense must have agreed to the new evidence in an argument... SO..... Can the defense team still refer to the first one during cross...
I was rather stunned, and not surprised a legal argument started when TD suggested 'the driver shot TB in the neck' ... Where did that come from?
That was quite the 'seed' to plant. Good thing I am not on the jury. It created a visual that I have been unable to shake. I imagine the weapon...
this video was aired very shortly after DM was arrested.

Deepak Paradkar speaks about his client Dellen Millard 'The truth will come out -- when the other suspect/s are apprehended'
It is clear DM has already spun a 'story' to his Lawyer and MS...
It certainly can be assumed that CN talked when she was finally arrested. The search warrant was 'specific' for the DVR. I think they 'knew' exactly where to find it. I think the defense successfully argued that the letters were seized outside the warrant and therefore are not going to be...
I don't think the vehicle exchange is that complicated. DM needed the red truck to shift the trailer with TB's truck to his mothers house. JV clearly says that NONE of the other vehicles could haul it.
JV - I see an innocent, hard working man. I sure hope someone else out there notices ... May the publicity from this horrible experience open a door for a real good job... :phone:
I voted not sure --- there is no options for guilty to a lesser charge
IF neither defendants confess to doing the shooting then both be guilty as charged.
If it is determined who actually shot TB - the other will be convicted on accessory related charges, still serious - but shorter jail...
 Could it be the "financial firm" indicates that WM's estate was not settled yet - Unless they had a joint account he would have a wait to get access to his inheritance. It takes time, even if there is only one beneficiary.
yes indeed - very interesting, the texts about the power washer not being available in the hangar suggests this evidence is very valuable. Now I kinda understand why the SS cross examine is going to be delayed ... DM uncle's testifying that he NEVER EVER spoke to DM about cremation business -...
May DM live on to eat those very words every moment of the rest of his life. Saying he was unable to get the family out of his mind was a clever manipulation so SS would believe he purchased a stolen truck, not stole it himself. I am so sad for the Bosma Family and friends who had to hear that...
