Not sure how it is in Indiana. When your on probation down here... They do not need a search warrant to check out your home Or at least that's what the judge and the probation officers claim.

The whole bum/drifter idea... Most people who fit this category are not model citizens until the ripe age of 40 +...they usually have been in and out of the system and are easily identifiable. They normally are in the public's view constantly well unless the new theory is a "wealthy drifter"...

Thanks to all that answered. I was curious as none of the high profile cases had ever brought me here before. I was just curious if it's always obvious and noticeable how popular a case may be by threads you have been apart of in the past.
