GUILTY TX - Haruka Weiser, 18, found murdered, UT-Austin campus, 3 April 2016 *Arrest*
I realize that it doesn't matter at this point but I can't help but wonder if she was at all aware of his presence. According to video surveillance he watched her walk by as she was looking down at her cell phone. I am a little over cautious about safety but in this day and age it doesn't hurt...- eclypse100
