Um, we, uh tried to pull the wool over the jurists eyes and uh, we failed. We thought CM was going to be our cash cow with an innocent verdict, but uh, we obviously didn't actually have any evidence he was innocent. WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM US? #Clowns

One other thing about going to prison in California: CM will have to wait, usually 4-8 weeks for his "Prison Pack" (Paperwork/sentencing guidelines/actual prison location) to come in before he is actually sent to prison from jail. Once that comes in, he is sent the following day to prison. FYI...

LWOP means CM can be housed with other inmates and have a job/daily life in prison. The DP would mean he will never leave his cell w/o being shackled and escorted by guards. He will either be housed alone, or with 1 other inmate for the rest of his life in a cell 23 hours a day. I'm guessing CM...

I'm glad this case made national news back in 2010. Inmates from San Diego / Fallbrook / Inland Empire will want to have a chat with CM, if he gets LWOP. I don't see LWOP with the Special Circumstance conviction with this jury. He might have had a shot if he wasn't ALSO convicted of the SC...

For the record: I know of 1 inmate who has been on Death Row since 1996 and is still alive.

Yes, he will be able, if he survives, to live in General Population, or Protective Custody with other inmates.

I believe the jury saw right through their antics throughout the whole trial. I guess the DNA in the Trooper wasn't x-fer, :p:p:p

SBSO started with 4 bodies in a desert, years after they were murdered. They started that day with their backs against the wall and FOUND the killer. For that, I'm thankful for their dedication and hard work.

If it wasn't for the guy on a motorcycle, he would have gotten away with it.
