I guess it's possible that the M's could have taken possession of her phone, but when would this have happened? She was on a date until 1:30ish, and then called her roommate. Those two things are confirmed, so when would the M's have been able to take her phone without it giving LE new trails to...

But if she had her phone with her, I believe it would have pinged and GPS would have given her location.

After looking through hoppy's photos from the bond hearing, it enrages me to see both of the M's refer to Heather as psycho, or f*cked up. They both actively sought out this young girl and murdered her, and yet they see no irony in calling her the psycho.

Tammy has been quite outspoken with her disdain for HE, and SM has not. But in my opinion, I think some people have used SM's silence to fill in their own blanks. SM not outwardly showing rage and hatred the same way TM did doesn't mean he didn't have those same feelings.

I hadn't thought of a scenario in which SM really did try to break it off but HE continued to pursue the relationship, and he became angry/panicked, but I can definitely see that as a possibility.
