    CO - Jessica Ridgeway, 10, Westminster, 5 Oct 2012 - #20

I have not read all 36 pages so my apologies if this has been previously posted! There was an article a few months ago about children who are sociopaths in the NYT. It is long but it's very interesting (and chilling)...

GUILTY IL - Kimberly Vaughn, 34, & 3 children slain, Channahon Twp, 14 June 2007

There's been full coverage at the Chicago Tribune and the Chicago Sun-Times. Today, the forensic pathologist testified that all 3 children were shot twice, once in the head and once in the abdomen, from a distance within 2'. Photos were shown to the jury of the wounds. The Tribune reported...

CA - Laura Bradbury, 3, Joshua Tree, Oct 1984

@ Black Water, I thought the same thing. A 3 yo child might have seen an animal like a wolf, coyote or mountain lion and followed it. I haven't read the website yet. The LA Times is revisiting the story in an installment series. Today was part 1. There are photos and an audio slide show by the...

IL IL - Chicago Tylenol Murders: 7 people dead from cyanide poisoning, 1982

I think it's because James Lewis used the phrase "bitter pill" in his 'extortion' letter. He said "it is easy to get buyers to swallow the bitter pill." This is an updated link on the Chicago Reader story that rccook55 gave us: http://www.chicagoreader.com/chicago/a-bitter-pill/Content?oid=903786

IL IL - Chicago Tylenol Murders: 7 people dead from cyanide poisoning, 1982

Thanks for posting the Chicago Reader article on Raymond West. I'm from Chicago. I remember reading about the Tylenol murders in the Chicago Tribune as they were occurring. There's always a history with serial murderers. I hope James Lewis doesn't get away with the murder of Raymond West.

British student murdered in Perugia, 3 suspects

I've been following this crime since day one when it was posted at Steve Huff's blog. We had an international group of commenters following this crime back then. I'm very happy w/ the verdict. The Italians arrived at the correct conclusion. Justice was served.

CA CA - Mei 'Linda' Leung, 9, San Francisco, 10 April 1984

This was at the LA Times blog: http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/lanow/2009/10/serial-killer-richard-ramirez-named-as-suspect-in-1984-slaying-of-girl.html The girl in question was 9 year old Mei Leung. A more detailed article about the slaying was at the San Francisco Gate...

    Questions (and answers)

According to court documents, RC III listed his father as his emergency contact. His father was listed as Raymond Clark II. According to zabasearch.com and Intellius, RC's father was born August, 1958 making him 51. There are quite a few RJCs in CT and I narrowed it down by checking the names...

Evidence -- Body, Blood, Clothes, etc.

I think an extension has already been granted, hasn't it, re: keeping the warrant sealed. RC has some very good attorneys working on his behalf and they're doing what they're suppose to be doing, getting their client a fair trial. I find it ironic that one of his attorneys is about the same...

    Raymond Clark III

When the police made their arrest, they said no one else was involved. The GF was ruled out. The GF passed her polygraph, BTW.

    Annie Le, the person

Eyes, I think this is my favorite thread, too! I don't think I could've said it better than you. I loved learning about who Annie was as a person and it's been wonderful seeing all the sharing and posting here.

    Autopsy Results

That was an excellent find, Noway! (My quoted post was a response to a statement made by someone else, not you -- just so you know!)

    Media Reports **NO DISCUSSION**

    The Alarm

We'll know more when the arrest warrant is unsealed October 6.

    Autopsy Results

Correction: it was a fire alarm triggered by steam from a laboratory hood. The location of the alarm was never given as far as I know.
