I have a question for a moderator. On Friday, on the scanner and during the manhunt, we heard an arrest made earlier in the day. I know there are upstairs/downstairs rules. I'm wondering if that can be discussed here. If not here, then where? TIA, Em

There is a point in the gesturing, after her arms open wide, where for just a second I wondered if she wasn't using sign language. Does anyone know sign language here? It might be worth a look from that point of view.
