I'm with you on this, it is possible he sat her up on the railing (his heavy breathing) and then went inside. So truth be told he didn't 'push' her or 'throw'...
Well...ive finally made it to the last page after spending all evening catching up! Interesting read...
However in response..all being said & done & if this was the case...WHY for gods sakes would he not then call the police?? Panic ok fair enough but go get pizza etc...it just doesnt make...

I completely agree with you on both points!!..& definitely was thinking how much he was fabricating knowing full well he was recording from 1am onwards. Interesting he starts recording at that time & not earlier.
And...the other thing I'm struggling to understand is..if he just wanted her to leave, why didn't he just let her go out by the door??
It seems to me that after the struggle, he's then decided to go & open the door to the balcony which obviously really alarms her 'no, no, no' ...so he's...
The female is then heard to struggle for breath as if her airway was restricted while the male is heard repeating let go, let go of it.
Police claim noises consistent with a door unlocking and sliding open can then be heard.
At this time the female begins screaming no, no, no, the court...
