Jodi never misplaced or lost her charger. She made that up to explain why cell phone was off in Arizona. She made up almost her entire testiphony. She had at least 3 plus years in jail to work on this one to fit the forensics, even though it DOESN'T fit very well.

There was no rope, IMO. Jodi made it up to explain the presense of the knife in the bathroom. :seeya:

I think he was still petrified of what his boys might remember and reveal about their mom's "disappearance". He's just evil whatever his sick reason was! That poor family! They loved those boys so much, my heart aches for them.

Huh??!! I just heard LKB say on Dr. Drew's show that Dr. G. lost her acreditation? Um, I think that would have come up during her testimony, no? :maddening:

One defense attorney I cannot STAND is Janey Weintraub. I've only seen her once re: this case and I wanted to hurl. Nothing a defendent does is wrong or suspicious in her opinion. Nothing the state presents is evidence, according to her. <modsnip> Sorry, off my soapbox now.

I agree about LP! Every time they have him on a show, I cringe. Today he stated he thought she would (and should) get 5 to 10 yrs. :banghead:

Thanks! That's exactly what I forgot but sorta remembered! Has this been talked about yet in court. That's going to be really damaging for ICA. Not that everything so far hasn't been.:innocent:

I mostly followed this 3 years ago when it happened but haven't been able to read much here or watch the trial. So....question for the trial experts and posters....didn't Casey tell a story at one time of seeing KC with Zanny at a beach and she said she was taking KC and ICA couldn't stop...

I like the defense attorney on Dr. Drew tonight. He obviously thinks the defense almost has an impossible feat and a ridiculous theory. He said the jury isn't buying the defense theory and think she's a monster because "they're alive". :D

It's about time! :dance: I wonder if the Mormon guy and the woman that hung the last trial still agree with thier vote? I always suspected that the guy was either paid off or threatened by the Spector camp. Or just STOOOOPID. Did the jury make a statement of any kind?

This reminds me of something I've meant to mention ever since I heard the first jail tapes......how wierd is it that Casey calls her mom "sweetheart" and "honey"? I think she did that to her brother too. I think the mom & brother used terms like that talking to her. Makes them sound like such...

Oh geez Louise! People get waaaaay too emotionally connected to cases that dominate the news. There are plenty of people who deserve MUCH more sympathy and support than Casey, the liar! Wow! Unbelievable!
