This woman was recently added to The Charley Project:

Mary Hoy disappeared a few months before Jane Doe was found. Height, hair color, and eye color match. Mary is Hispanic. Weight is off by 12 lbs. Mary was 32 when she disappeared, and this...
This woman was recently added to NamUs, so I thought I'd put her here for everyone to mull over.
https://www.findthemissing.org/en/cases/31020/0/
Her height is what stood out to me. She's estimated to be between 5'7" and 6'1". However, the weight is off.
I thought I might try looking through yearbooks to see if I could find a picture of Gabriele Uralli, but according to the City of Walnut Creek, CA website, she left her native Germany and immigrated to the U.S. in 1977. It also says that before she disappeared, she got into an argument with her...

https://identifyus.org/en/cases/9938
I will keep looking. Hopefully she can be identified soon!
In regards to this Jane Doe, I was wondering if anyone has considered Christina R. Smith?
http://www.charleyproject.org/cases/s/smith_christina.html
Christina R. Smith disappeared in 1984 from Venice, CA, so it might be a stretch, but she was 5'3" (Jane Doe was between 5'2" - 5'4"), and had...
I definitely see the resemblance between Ms. Gary and Jane Doe. I agree that her hairline and nose are similar. Too bad there isn't more information about Ms. Gary.
