CANADA Canada - Jack, 4 & Lilly Sullivan, 6, Vulnerable, wandered from home 10am, Gairloch Rd, Landsdowne Station, Pictou County, NS, 2 May 2025 #7

FYI: CPS is the generic term used for Child Protection Services. The names of the organizations responsible for this change province to province and community to community so the general term is CPS that describes this, a ministry (government) run organization for a community that oversees child...

NY - Melina Frattolin, 9, Abducted, seen 9:40pm in a white van traveling south on I-87 near exit 22, Lake George, 19 Jul 2025 *arrest*

As others have referenced, it seems that she contacted police after she received the Amber Alert and before she was found. I think this information she shared seems to have significance to them finding MF's location.

If I recall correctly, there was also witness account of seeing a man matching his description acting strangely in the area where she was found.

VA - Amy Bradley - missing from cruise ship, Curacao - 1998 #4

I don't agree that she used it to stand on but furniture on cruise ships are far from cheap and flimsy or they would be sliding and moving all over as the ship moves. They are generally very heavy and sturdy for the purpose of being on the ship and for not needing to be replaced due to wear and...

NY - Melina Frattolin, 9, Abducted, seen 9:40pm in a white van traveling south on I-87 near exit 22, Lake George, 19 Jul 2025 *arrest*

If there were signs of a struggle and that she was murdered, I think him being the cause would be clear since her time of death has been determined to be prior to when he reported the false abduction. His report is likely that he was the only one with her up until the time he says she was...

VA - Amy Bradley - missing from cruise ship, Curacao - 1998 #3

I'm not sure what disclosing Amy's sexual orientation would mean to this case as many are talking about parents "hiding" this. DId they hide it or they just didn't share it. I have never heard other cases that someone openly identifies their family member as being straight. Her being gay isn't a...

It would have to be accidental while showing complete indifference toward her life or total negligence that put her in obvious risk for her to die for it to be a 2nd degree murder charge.

Keep in mind that the charge could be upgraded to first degree if evidence is found that it was planned and premeditated. Her age and the situation would be considered aggravating factors that would influence harsher sentencing.

VA - Amy Bradley - missing from cruise ship, Curacao - 1998 #3

I think there are options outside of general cruise embark and disembark avenues. Supplies and cargo can get unloaded and loaded at ports of call. The documentary talked about unusual interactions with crew. Human traficking can be quite sophisticated and if crew are involved, I would expect...

Possibly. But I would take a guess that the bus driver would be minimizing any behaviour that might put a negative light on these two missing children.

CANADA Robert James Brown 12 missing from Wilfrid, Ontario Aug 68

They are still looking almost 57 years later. I knew his brother and mom many years ago. I often remember their story and think of Robbie. It looks like this recent cold case search started in 2023 and they expected it to take 2 years to finish the search they were planning...

To clarify for those interested - in canada - I can mostly just speak for Ontario but there are similar processes across provinces, school boards have psychologists who do offer both screenings and psychoeducational assessments and usually these waitlists are long. This can diagnosis a number of...

In a lot of places in Canada, it is called the Children's Aid Society (CAS) and this is the particularly true for Ontario. This is not true across Canada. Nova Scotia, I believe the Department of Community Services (DCS) provides child protection. There are a number of different names for the...

Canada - CB, 3, may be in Monteregie, last seen 11am near Newman Blvd, LaSalle borough, Montreal QC, 14 Jun 2025

Perhaps. But if you go to Montreal, it is very bilingual. My experience has been that is hard to find someone who doesn’t speak English around that area so I’m not sure how strong that motivation would be. It sounds to me that telling her to stay in a ditch, and checking to see that she was...

It was Father’s Day, not his birthday the day she went missing. The day before, I understand was mom’s birthday.
