So, that's great news that they did not find anything! That means there is hope she's alive.
If there was a body to be found, wouldn't they have started excavating immediately? Or at least setting up a perimeter?
Do you know what is bad for investigators? Family members of missing children claiming investigators are not doing enough to find the missing child.
Many family members have been asked by LE not to speak to the media. Why? Wouldn't more exposure help to find her? Why NOT encourage family...
So, the media continues to focus on where the Parsonses are living. As mundane as that storyline is, at least it keeps Erica's name in the news.

So the police are trying to avoid their attorney...
There was a long gap in hearing from the Parsons between Dr. Phil and earlier this week. In the interim their attorney discussed Carolyn's possible involvement, and it was discussed at length on this board. So, his quote today was not just following their script.
Here is the explanation in the article I posted:
"The couple agreed to be fingerprinted, he said, so that investigators can look at the evidence and determine which prints are not theirs."
Here's an updated article on today's fingerprinting. It looks like they were just cooperating with the investigation.

If they were fingerprinted and released either:
1. They were charged and released on their own recognizance, or
2. They were fingerprinted because they were cooperating with the investigation. Since they were in court already, it would make sense for the FBI to meet them and have them...
So, there is a glimpse of the eviction notice in the news article. It looks to me like it is filed in small claims court (that's where most evictions begin, it's handwritten, it's a form instead of an organic pleading).
The thing is, they are also asking for $20,000+ grand in damages. That is...
Well, my popcorn was good, even though the late news was not that great. I did find this, though:

Well, I thought it was the most interesting news to break in weeks. A peek inside their house, public comments to the media by "the accused" and what is purported to be the most recent picture of Erica all seemed more exciting than them maybe/maybe not selling their house. Once again, I appear...
HEAR YE, HEAR YE, all of you who wanted more information about this story, who wanted to hear Casey Parsons say, "I miss her very bad" and provide other details about Erica, including what "could be the last picture ever taken of Erica", then watch this clip...
Don't forget that the Parsonses did have an meeting set up with local LE that did not happen, and they were frustrated by that.
