I totally forgot about the Old Firm nicknames. Thanks! EDIT - but wait a second. Celtic had a good 67, but Rangers (the huns) lost the cup winner's to Germany's Bayern Munich that year. Interestingly, the english refer to the germans as 'the huns'

Im not actually advocating the inquisitorial system, and I dont mean to insult you or the system you work within. I do however believe that the anglo-legal system is antiquated and was spawned by a class based society that could not conceive of life in 2013. My point was that a third impartial...

Dellen Millard: Innocent Dupe? Alternative Theories

I really think that if DM is innocent, either he was never in Tim's truck or/and that test drive #1 is a red herring.

In any situation where I was being interviewed by police, I would refuse to open my mouth until someone put a cigarette in it. true story.

That's odd, and I bow to your superior wisdom (not sarcasm) but I was sure I'd read that taking a cigarette end from the interview room to obtain DNA was common practise. Im sure a warrant would be supra-easy to obtain in this case though.

I never understood in the legal system why either the judge, who is supposed to be impartial, does not question the witnesses. OR a third party who is supposed to be impartial does not assess both sides and try to pick holes in both until one breaks. That's the role Im trying to play here...

Dellen Millard: Innocent Dupe? Alternative Theories

And this occurs before TB's battery is pulled (or the battery conveniently dies at roughly the same time as the burner phone's) If DM bought it, presumably he needs to sign for it. DM drove his truck down to Mexico, years ago and it is two years older. Im sure It makes more sense to upgrade...

Dellen Millard: Innocent Dupe? Alternative Theories

Yes but Tim's face and the truck were everywhere. He would definitely have recognized him from the test drive, no? I can buy that he wasnt aware of the search, but not that he also had nothing to do with the truck in the days following the test drive. (In order to legally drive it he would...

He's been in jail all this time and his properties have been searched. There is no way they don't have his DNA, from a coffee cup, cigarette end, shed hair, toothbrush or whatever. They don't have to stick a needle in him, a swab from anything as Ive described is enough.

Dellen Millard: Innocent Dupe? Alternative Theories

So the theory remains intact only with the following conditions. 1) after the sale, and before TB exits the vehicle, DM leaves the scene. 2) DM does not register the vehicle at the DVLA and get the plates changed ( it was reported missing, DVLA should know) 3) Nobody else who is aware of...

Dellen Millard: Innocent Dupe? Alternative Theories

I do think that if DM purchased the vehicle and left the scene before the crime was committed, he had every opportunity, several days in fact, to go to the police and explain what happened before he was arrested. Even if he wasnt aware of the public alerts that were made almost immediately after...

I'd love a crossbow. I'd also love a samurai sword. These are things a lot of guys like to own. It doesn't mean we'd ever use them in anger or the commision of a crime.

Details of the TB abduction were already in the public domain when LE contacted him. I agree its out there, but if DM is claiming frame up, then this guy has to be eliminated from enquiries, which is all Im trying to do. What would end a lot of these speculative theories, including mine...
