The suspects and convicted parties have made it a convuluted mess for us due to changing testimonies, wearing the same outfits for multiple court dates, etc. Telling the truth is much easier than trying to remember ones’s lies!

CA’s jail phone conversation with Bri right after conviction proved to me he is only concerned for himself and the things he will miss due to being incarcerated. Next to nothing about all of his son’s milestones he will miss out on.

I’m sure this owl was asleep in the shade and my daughter startled it awake. We also wondered if it was sick. I have personally never seen an owl during the day.

My daughter took a pic of an owl that she saw in her backyard during the day. The owl was sitting in the shade under day lily leaves or something and you can see the sunlight shining through. The pic has a date of 2012.
