That is not a house. It's a garage. The other buildings (maybe even that garage) were not there in 10/22/1989. Granite Creations (nearest building to the East) was also not there.

Check old topo maps historicaerials.com Before 23bypass was built. In 1989 HWY33 was not the "sewage pond road". The rest of the details don't fit either if he starts by turning onto 33.

You should make a real map -- showing the locations I posted earlier -- which were actually based on DH's testimony -- rather than just pindropping into the location of the old gravel pit.
